Nude Driver Arrested For Distracting Conduct

A naked man driving along an Indiana toll road has been arrested and charged because his 'conduct' distracted other motorists.

The 37-year-old Chicago man was traveling east to Ohio to visit his mother. When police stopped him he was nude and had petroleum jelly on his hands, i.e. lube, when a state trooper pulled him over.

The man gave police the excuse that he was naked simply because he was more comfortable driving in the nude

The trooper was stopped the man because other motorists had called police about the driver, including calls from truckers who could see into the front seat of the SUV.

He has been charged with misdemeanor indecent exposure which is punishable by up to a year in jail.
