Elin Nordegren Wins Lawsuit Over Nude Photos

The wife of golfer Tiger Woods, Elin Nordegren, won $183,250 and an apology from an Irish magazine that published an article and a nude photo it claimed to be of her.

The story angered Woods during the opening day of the Ryder Cup, which the United States lost to Europe. While Elin Nordegren Woods says she will donate the money she was awarded to a cancer charity.

The September 2006 article's headline described the U.S. golfers' wives as 'Ryder Cup filth'.
