KFC Protest Sex Dolls Seized In Philippines
Customs officials in the Philippines have seized inflatable sex dolls meant to be used for an international campaign against animal cruelty.
PETA (People for the Ethical Treatment of Animals) said it had planned to use the sex dolls as props in its Asian campaign against alleged abuses of chickens by fast food chain KFC.
The dolls were to go on a tour of red light districts in the Philippines, Thailand and Japan where they would have been displayed with a banner reading "KFC Blows."
However, things didn't go according to plan when the dolls were confiscated by customs officials when they arrived in the Philippines from the US by a parcel delivery service.
PETA says that with its own 'undercover operations' it has found that suppliers for KFC often abuse chickens, including scalding them to death and cutting off their beaks while they are still conscious.
