Woman Attacks Man She Thought Was A 'Drug Dealer'
A 24-year-old woman in Neenah, Wisconsin has been charged for attacking a man who simply pulled over to check his tire pressure.
Christina M. Hephner, who police say had a blood-alcohol level of 0.22 at the time, apparently stopped her car and confronted the man because she thought he was a drug dealer.
According to the complaint, Hephner told police she was in the area visiting her child's father, who had been talking about selling drugs.
She was upset about drugs being sold around her child, so when she saw several cars pulled over and assumed the people around them were selling drugs.
She stopped her car, ran up to one man, accused him of drug dealing and began repeatedly punching him in the face.
Hephner has been charged with misdemeanor disorderly conduct and could face up to two years behind bars.
