Elizabeth Jagger's Intimate Video Banned

It was a good day for Elizabeth Jagger but a sad one for peeping Tom's hoping to get a gander at a celebrity sex tape. A British judge banned the broadcast of video footage showing model Elizabeth Jagger engaging in "sexual activities" with her boyfriend, George Best, in a nightclub on Wednesday.

Jagger, daughter of Rolling Stones frontman Mick Jagger, sought the injunction against John Darling, manager of Kabaret's Prophecy Nightclub in London after she and her boyfriend, Calum Best, were captured doing the nasty on closed-circuit TV just inside the club's doors.

Darling had hoped to profit from this bit of good fortune by peddling the tape. But the court ruled that, since Jagger and Best were in a part of the club that they had assumed was private, the video could not be distributed.

The closed-circuit footage appears to show soccer Best exposing himself in the venue's doorway before grabbing Jagger in an intimate clinch. The pair then continued their activities despite being interrupted on three occasions by passers-by.
