Couple Arrested For Sex In Car, With Kids In Back Seat

Ohio couple Danica Wallace and Jeremy Welch were arrested after a cop spotted them having sex in a car while their two young children were in the vehicle's back seat.

According to a Springfield Police Department report, Danica, 24, was driving home in the Ford Taurus when she and Jeremy, 29, "pulled off the roadway to have sex."

When police approached the car, they found her naked from the waist down, riding a pantsless Welch.

Jeremy, who was "extremely intoxicated," according to the report, offered cops a simple explanation for the pair's conduct: "We got horny and just wanted to fuck!"

He said that they pulled off the roadway to have sex because they "could not do it at their friend's house," where they were returning from.

Danica, who was driving, failed a series of field sobriety tests, even though she claimed to have only consumed a 22-ounce bottle of Budweiser. After noticing an odor of burnt marijuana, officers also found drugs in the car.

"I'm not completely drunk," she assured police.

She was charged with drunk driving, child endangerment, and possession of drug paraphernalia. While Jeremy was charged with public indecency.

The two children, aged four and 22 months, were turned over to a friend.
