Naked Butler Sues Over Scar From Car Crash

A 24-year-old British male model is suing over an injury he claims has forced him out of his weekend job at 'Butlers in the Buff' -- a restaurant where men serve food and drinks only wearing a tiny apron and a bow-tie.

John Wotherspoon says he was deliberately run over by a man after they got into a fracas at a nightclub.

Wotherspoon says it began after he went to a nightclub after hosting a barbecue in his flat for friends.

There he and a friend were confronted by Bogdanovic who got into a shouting match in the nightclub with them around 3 AM.

The man was eventually thrown out of the club by bouncers, but when John left, he was waiting outside in a parked car.

After a brief exchange, Bogdanovic seemingly drove off but he soon return as John was walking to his car and hit him from behind.

He then woke up in a hospital with injuries to his face, hand and behind. The student said he suffered a broken nose and cheekbone, concussion and needed ten stitches above his left eye.

Wotherspoon says the incident, which left him with a ghastly scar on his butt, has caused him to lose the job, in which he wore only an apron and a bow-tie to entertain women.

"I had a job in which I worked at the weekends doing butlering," he said. "Now I have got a scar on my bottom I can't do it any more. Over that summer I couldn't do any modeling."

He wants compensation for the injuries and lost wages from the incident.
