The first photos from Tara Reid's nude photoshoot for 'Playboy' has finally hit newsstands.

And not only does Tara not get totally naked for the mag, she's airbrused to the max.

So much for Tara Reid's reasoning that she was posing to show her body was now 'fixed'.
