Man Accused Masturbating, Driving Dealership Car Naked

Police responded to a woman's complaint that a naked man was repeatedly driving by her home in a van.

She said not only was the man nude, he was masturbating.

The woman gave police the license plate number, and when police tracked it down, they saw the van belonged to one of their own -- Spokane Police Officer Sherilyn Redmon.

But Redmon said she had left the van at a Chrysler dealership for servicing.

Police eventually found the van at the dealership and arrested the employee accused of taking it on a 16-mile 'test drive'.

Police have arrested Bradley S. Keegan for taking a motor vehicle without permission and lewd conduct.
