Cheerleaders Arrested After Sex In Bathroom
Sounds like the 'Guide For Girls' is making its rounds. Two Carolina Panthers cheerleaders were arrested at a bar early Monday where witnesses told police the women were having sex in a restroom stall, angering patrons waiting in line.
Witnesses said the women were having sex with each other in a stall at a local club in the Channelside district. Another woman waiting to use the bathroom got into an argument with the pair, angry they were taking so long in the bathroom. At which point one of the cheerleaders started arguing and the cheerleader hit the person in the face. The police report indicated the two cheerleaders were Renee Thomas, 20 and Angela Keathley, 26.
They were promptly kicked off the team for violating a code that bans conduct embarrassing to the team or organization. Thomas was originally charged for striking the woman when she was leaving the restroom, then landed in even more trouble after police said she gave officers a driver's license belonging to another Panthers cheerleader who was not in Tampa.
Police were trying to determine how she got the driver's license of the other woman, who was in fact another Panthers cheerleader. For providing authorities with a false name and causing harm to another, she could be in more trouble with a probation or jail term of 1 to 5 years, said police spokeswoman Laura McElroy.
Reports said that the other cheerleader, Angela, "was so drunk she could barely stand". Since the Panthers kicked them off the squad, they have also removed any mention of the pair, but we've posted their complete bios and you can see them below.
