While working for a medical supply company, Jerri Ann Cozza stole her boss's identity, money, credit cards and a payroll check. She then used the money for everything from breast implants, repairs to her Dodge Durango, to new furniture.
The owners of the medical supply company, Christy and Daniel Chamberlain, noticed Cozza had her surgery about the same time as office supplies and cash was disappearing.
The Chamberlains also found a charge of $5,136 for breast implant surgery on their credit card. But Cozza told Christy Chamberlain her breast surgery was being covered by insurance because one of her breasts had to be removed because of cancer.
The Chamberlains later discovered there was nothing medically wrong with Cozza's breasts and the surgery was for cosmetic implants. Then a few weeks later, someone using Cozza's address applied for other credit cards under their name which is when they reported the case to police.
