Woman Sets Record With 70 Speeding Tickets

As a mortgage broker in Arizona, Cisneros is used to working with big numbers. It's the double-digit speed limits she has trouble with.

The woman, Francesca Cisneros, has racked up 70 speeding tickets in just the last five months, and set a record for the local police department.

Speeding cameras in Arizona, snapped dozens upon dozens of pictures of the 32-year-old woman as she tore through the city in her Honda Civic numerous times between March 2 and July 31.

The second-worst offender in the department's history accumulated a mere 25 tickets.

"She told arresting officers she was speeding because she she seemed to be late for client meetings all the time", police spokesman Mark Clark said. "I guess she's got some time management issues".

And apparently, Cisneros said she threw her speeding tickets away because she thought nothing could happen to her if she didn't pay them. She faces some $11,000 in fines and could have her licence suspended.
