Man Gets Jail For Penis Photos On Cars

A Hartford man has been ordered to serve sixty days in jail for putting photographs of his penis on cars driven by women.

The 41 year-old man, Jeffrey J. Hein, was sentenced for misdemeanor disorderly conduct and he pleaded no contest to the charges, which accused him of putting photos on women's cars parked outside department stores.

The man said he did it as he was depressed about three deaths in his family and the failure of his marriage.

But it doesn't end there, Hein is scheduled to be sentenced Thursday for the same behavior in two other regions of the state.
