Four Year Old Accused of Sexual Harassment

A four-year-old who hugged his teacher has been suspended for improperly touching the woman.

The four-year-old's father, Damarcus Blackwell, says his son was lining-up to get on the bus after school, when he was accused of rubbing his face in the breasts of the female teacher.

The prinicipal of La Vega Primary School in Texas sent a letter to the parents that said the pre-kindergartener demonstrated "inappropriate physical behavior interpreted as sexual contact and/or sexual harassment".

Blackwell says it's ridiculous that the teacher would misread a hug from a four-year-old. He adds he wants the whole incident be expunged from his son's academic file because his son is too young to know what it means to act sexually.

The La Vega administration has responded by leaving the incident in the records, but replacing the "sexual" references but the file with "inappropriate physical contact". Blackwell says he will continue to fight the school.
