Trooper Suspended After Traffic Stop Sex With Porn Star Barbie Cummings

A Tennessee Highway Patrol state trooper is in hot water after letting drug charges slide in exchange for oral sex with a porn star driver.

The allegations have led to a Tennessee Highway Patrol investigation and the trooper's suspension.

The 21-year-old woman, who goes by 'Barbie Cummings' but whose real name is Justis Richert, says trooper James Randy Moss stopped her pink Honda Accord for speeding outside Nashville earlier this month. She says when the officer asked her if she had drugs in the car, she admitted to having some "happy pills".

But when the officer told her a drug charge would mean she could not leave the state, Richert replied that would be a problem because she frequently travels from Tennessee to Los Angeles for her work.

"I tell him I make dirty movies... he says he wished he had gotten into that industry", Richert says.

The pair then watched sex videos using Moss' laptop computer in his patrol car as she sat beside him in the front seat of his cruiser. "Then he asks me, what does it cost for someone like me to get anything like you", she says. "I said to him, 'If you weren't working ' And he said, 'Don't worry about me working!'".

Richert says she then performed oral sex on the officer outside his car in a secluded area, where Moss also took several pictures and videos of her.

Richert describes the incident: "He stands up next to his car, I unzip his pants and squat to me knees. We moved to the back of the car, cause he didn�t want to take the chance of anyone pulling in. We were in the middle of nowhere, and it was 3 am-ish, there was no one to be found. Either way, he wanted to be safe. So, behind his cop car I sucked his dick squatting with my shirt up and my tits out".

So Moss tossed the pills into the bushes and let her go home with just a speeding ticket.

If you're thinking Richert reported the incident, you're wrong.

"He called the next night and asked if I was OK with him telling all his friends", she says. "He's like a kid in high school. He just wanted to brag. Apparently one of his co-workers told on him".

"I didn't do anything wrong", Richert says. "I have sex for a living. I want to feel remorse for him, but he was the one who said let's proceed with it. He's the one who made all the decisions. I didn't make those decisions for him".

If her statements are proven to be true, Moss could be fired and face criminal charges.

UPDATE:

Richert has lost her chance to avoid the ticket she was issued because she failed to appear in court Friday. She must pay the $159 ticket within two weeks, but could have avoided it altogether because the trooper has resigned and wasn't in court.

Investigators are also looking into more than 25 other traffic stops by the trooper as they say women came forward with their own complaints after hearing publicity on the actress' traffic stop.
